1.The Fees are Non-Refundable and Non- Transferable.

2. Last minute payments must be paid as OTS.

3. If you have any serious health issues, the recommendation is to consult your doctor to make sure you are in a fit state to join us.

4.The schedule is subject to change depending on the availability and the

weather conditions.

5. We do not accept responsibility of yours for any costs incurred before , during or after the event.

6. We may offer a discount to participants on our events.

7. We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness of any of our

participants.

8. Alcohol, Tobacco and any form of narcotics are not permitted inside the

property.

9. The guests must be respectful and must not engage in offensive, illegal

or immoral acts.

10.Meeting in Person: You here by agree that if you decide to meet any person whom you may have met through the workshop provided by Samnritya, your decision to meet and/or interact with any such person is solely at your own risk and Samnritya is not liable for any consequences arising thereof.

11. Code of Conduct: We expect all participants in the workshop/class/any event  conducted or organized by Samnritya to behave professionally and respectfully towards each other. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in your immediate removal from the workshop without refund.
